If you delete a package in Spacewalk, it will be deleted from the spacewalk 
database and won't be listed anymore.
Additionally it will be marked as orphaned package, that will be deleted from 
the file system by taskomatic.

spacewalk-remove-channel is most probably, what you ask for. It is part of the 
spacewalk-backend-tools package.
