  Thank you for the answer. I am doing it in same way now but hoped there is 
API way.

  Then next question - I am trying to install new system via kickstart synced 
with some Package Profile. During sync stage scripts find some packages are 
already installed and fail to continue sync. Is there any way to force to 
ignore package dependencies and/or installed packages during that stage?

You can list the packages only on WEBUI. There's no API for that so far
I know. (But feel free to create a RFE bugzilla.)

You cannot modify package profiles (not even on WebUI). A stored profile
is just a snapshot of installed packages. It's not meant to be edited.
If you need a profile with another package list, you would need to
install all the required packages on a system and create a new profile.
