rhn_ks_session_history_trigger_fun issue has been fixed in nightly by http://git.fedorahosted.org/git/?p=spacewalk.git;a=commitdiff;h=a14b2f07e579a3d47aac1f76006f8f7f9f767ca9 As for current Spacewalk 1.3 installation - you can fix it manually by applying http://git.fedorahosted.org/git/?p=spacewalk.git;a=blob_plain;f=schema/spacewalk/upgrade/spacewalk-schema-1.3-to-spacewalk-schema-1.4/007-rhn_ks_session_history_trigger_fun.sql.postgresql;h=cce4dab8d438a80cc384fb77464b72bc6b573deb;hb=a14b2f07e579a3d47aac1f76006f8f7f9f767ca9 directly to your postgresql schema.
