It is not available "immediately". When you push package into channel,
it is marked as "dirty" and every minute is run taskomatic job, which
regerate repomd files for dirty repos. This job can be done in few
second, but even in 20 minutes (full RHEL channel).
Therefore if you push package to several big channel, it can take even
few hours.

in Detailed page of channel.
If the status is something different then Completed for several hours,
then there is some problem with taskomatic.
