The pre script was the option I was going for, I'm curious to have you've done this specfically as each time I try it, anaconda panics and fails on the install. changing the server to the FQDN in the cobbler settings file makes sense in my head, but in the actual kickstart file it still keeps the server as "server" not "server.fqdn", do I have to regenerate the kickstart config, I'd have expected this to be dynamic.
