Looks like you hit BZ #678858. Please have a look at

I've attached a very small patch for
/etc/rhn/default/rhn_taskomatic_daemon.conf which IMHO solves the
problem by increasing the max heap size to 1024 Mbyte. Please let me
know if that solves the problem on your side.
