I've had this where taskomatic hasn't run to rebuild the yum metadata. Restarting taskomatic seems to fix it. Also, yum does cache its metadata for a set period before downloading it again. I've found that I have to frequently do a "yum clean all" before I deploy new packages to clients, particularly for my custom channels.
