thread) cause breakage to the rest of a 6.0 system?

Given the thoughtful original post, I'm assuming it won't.  Don't blame the
spacewalk developers for not tracking CentOS (or SL...), I've already had to
update bits of CentOS 6 from the RHEL 6.1 SRPMS, it's just life.
