The spacewalk-setup should have printed

        ** SSL: Deploying CA certificate.

and this is the point when the certificate is being copied to
/var/www/html/pub by /usr/bin/rhn-deploy-ca-cert.pl.

What did you installation output look like?

Anyway, just copy it over and you should be good to go.
