You should also be able to create custom reports using the spacewalk API.

Nope.

The "that have been updated" sounds a bit vague -- does it mean that during 
that period of time, the system had at least one errata applied?
Or had all erratas applied?

Anyway, the report you might want to look at is errata-systems which shows all 
erratas applicable, together with system information. So it gives your the 
reverse (systems that don't have some errata applied).
