Hello Amit,
there are tons of information about installing process on 
https://fedorahosted.org/spacewalk/ and there is even more information in 
documentation for Satellite (all linked from Spacewalk site). Learning curve is 
not that steep to discuss general usage of Spacewalk on this list.

As for your problem with restart. Please provide us with a bit more information 
about your Spacewalk install - like version of Spacewalk, database and system 
you are running it on. My first impression is that the problem you have is a 
problem that is appearing in Spacewalk Nightly and have number of bugzillas.

Please note, that Spacewalk nightly is development version and if you want to 
use Spacewalk as stable system, use latest release - which is Spacewalk 1.5 at 
the moment.
