You may want to patch your spacewalk-schema-1.5-to-spacewalk-schema-1.6
directory with
http://git.fedorahosted.org/git/?p=spacewalk.git;a=commitdiff;h=40cbd633a357c572170f893f6f854f7f17fd3e02
and then restore your database from backup and rerun the schema
upgrade.
