I've retried the schema upgrade to go from 1.6 -> 1.7. The schema upgrade makes it all the way through to the final sql file (111-rhnPackageKey-data.sql) and dies with:
ERROR: duplicate key value violates unique constraint "rhn_pkey_keyid_uq" Looks like the rows partially exist already - the package_id field is empty in these three cases.
