The other day I was able to install using a mirror in Poland. I believe it was pbone.net. Unfortuntately I no longer have the full url. I found it by going through the mirror list at jpackage.org that google had cached. The other mirrors seemed to all be empty, but this one worked. I wish I had kept the full url.
