Greg,

You can rank them by going to Activation Keys > Configuration > Modify 
Rankings. This would allow you to override config channels so top one for 
that activation key would have priority.

Hi Paul,

No, I'm not looking to rank the channels in the activation key itself. The 
setup I was going for was to have separate activation keys for different 
software and configuration channels (kind of like add-on channels, I 
guess).  Some of the files in the add-on channels might override what's in 
the "default" base config channel, so I need to ensure the configuration 
channels from the add-on keys get ranked higher than the common ones.
