Mrepo does not support this sorry.
Officialy also RHEL is not supported with spacewalk.
The only way to do this is to create your own comps file and add it to the repomd.xml file created by mrepo.

Alternately you can try syncing the comps file of the install CD.

Hi Colin,

If there's comps.xml in the repo (i.e. repodata.xml references it)
spacewalk-repo-sync imports it automatically.
