Hi Rick,I have osad configured, but primarly for actions like immediate reboots of systems as I specify them on the web interface. For configuration channels, the cron job you suggested is what I wanted to do first, but it would be nice to have this managed by the server and not by each client, that's why I'm looking at the task schedules of the admin page as told by Gerald. Or do you know another way?

A misconfigured file in config channel can harras your environement (without intention). I prefer to do this in a more managed way. For exeample by scheduling config synchronisation of your channel. Perhaps if wanted this can be scheduled every hour to meet you first question again.
