Have you considered Spacewalk Proxy? It runs its own Monitoring Scout.. you could potentially configure one with an inside and outside interface, so that only the Proxy can talk to your Spacewalk master, but the Proxy can talk to all of your NAT'd clients.. just a thought, not sure if your current infrastructure would allow for that kind of configuration, but Spacewalk Proxies are commonly used in those kinds of situations.
