Spacewalk will be the upstream for the Satellite 5.x product. Foreman/Katello will be the upstream for the Satellite 6 family.
Both projects will run separately (no code merge), and you'd have to anticipate Red Hat putting much less effort into Spacewalk once Satellite 6 is released. I would expect to see some Satellite 5.x releases (Satellite 5.7 perhaps) to support security patching, but Satellite 6 is the future for Red Hat. Once customers migrate to 6, I would expect to see the Satellite 5.x family retired (if that's the right phrase).
