Same here. Spent 2-3 days mucking over the summer with it but it’s not there.
I was able to get the systems registered and I could get 95% of the packages imported but trying to push packages updates or do any other client actions failed and I was unable to work around the issues. --Tony From: spacewalk-list-boun...@redhat.com [mailto:spacewalk-list-boun...@redhat.com] On Behalf Of Morgan Cox Sent: Monday, September 29, 2014 10:09 AM To: spacewalk-list Subject: Re: [Spacewalk-list] Spacewalk And Ubuntu No - tried for days - managed to get debian working with this script https://github.com/stevemeier/spacewalk-debian-sync/blob/master/spacewalk-debian-sync.pl - all repos work EXCEPT the security one (i.e the most important one) - i think due to the fact that the security repo add the name of the distro in the middle of the version number. With Ubuntu 100% fail I got this far https://www.redhat.com/archives/spacewalk-list/2013-February/msg00096.html Its a shame - if spacewalk were truly debian/ubuntu compatible the bash issue would involve a lot less work... regards On 29 September 2014 14:53, Steve Handy <sha...@hinda.com<mailto:sha...@hinda.com>> wrote: Good Morning Everyone, Has anyone gotten Spacewalk to successfully work with Ubuntu systems?
