Have you configured the GPG information for your Oracle Linux software channels?
For OL6: GPG URL: file:///etc/pki/rpm-gpg/RPM-GPG-KEY GPG Key ID: EC551F03 GPG Fingerprint: 4214 4123 FECF C55B 9086 313D 72F9 7B74 EC55 1F03 That way, Spacewalk can validate the GPG keys of downloaded RPMs as well as provide GPG key information for downstream clients.
