I recommend to apply following patch: https://github.com/spacewalkproject/spacewalk/commit/4bf063f97ae66d889236e11ea237dfd785dbce29 (to /usr/lib/python2.6/site-packages/spacewalk/server/rhnChannel.py) It should be safe.
