this is "cosmetic issue", and I think that all is working fine on your 
enviroment... but if you want to rollback your initscript package, list 
available by executing:
   yum --showduplicates list initscripts
   and install a specific version by:
   yum install initscripts-9.03.40-2.el6_5.4   <--- CHECK YOUR PREVOIUS VERSION
