I think it's mandatory to use different rhel server for each rhel version 5, 
6, 7, and don't forget for rhel 5 and 6 that could be 32bit or 64bit... but if 
you have a virtualization infrastructure you can create VMs for each version 
with poor resources, the only problems is the space for storing all rpms
