Hi dmitry,

    If network access is slow verify the FQDN of the host being installed is
resolvable on the server. Try SSH from the client to spacewalk. If it looks
like it hanging could be a DNS resolution issue.

Hi Avi,

I installed client from oel repo:

[ol6_spacewalk20_client]
name=Spacewalk Client 2.0 for Oracle Linux 6 ($basearch)
baseurl=http://public-yum.oracle.com/repo/OracleLinux/OL6/spacewalk20/client/$basearch/
gpgkey=file:///etc/pki/rpm-gpg/RPM-GPG-KEY-oracle
gpgcheck=1

I tried to register with the client from [ol6_spacewalk22_client] but it
behaves the same way.

it seems like a network issue between of OEL6 client and spacewalk server

Thanks.
