Resending this as it seems it didn't make it to the list, however I answered my own question in the meantime. If you have a password protected repo you need to sync with in Spacewalk, you can specify the repo URL as follows: http://username:[email protected]
Only drawback to this is that the username and password is in clear text and shows up in the reposync logs. If anyone knows of a better way to do this, please let me know.
