I'd check, whether you have appropriate comps files in:
/var/cache/rhn/reposync/
centos6-base-x86_64/
epel6-x86_64/
spacewalk-client6-x86_64/
directories, whether they're readable and whether they're referenced from the
repomd.xml files.
