I suspect that page needs some help - there are multiple
redirects, and then, the 'wget' command line shown into the
Fedora git simply returns a dump of HTML into the output file,
and NOT the certificate

Well, that is because that article is 5 years old and has not been
referenced within the communications given by the Spacewalk team over
the past week.
I went ahead and updated it for this issue in 2015, vs the 2010 when it
last happened.
