I'm not sure what was going on, but it appeared that yum was all mucked up.
After spend a few minutes trying to figure it out, I decided just to rebuild
the client. It was easier and quicker that way. I am now able to register
this server with my SW server.
Thanks
Daryl

Subject: [Spacewalk-list] Registering RHEL 6.x client to SW

I moved my SW servers to RHEL 6.6. I registered this server with RH and synced
the RHEL 6 Server Base to a channel on my SW server.
I have test/demo RHEL 6.2 client setup, and I want to register this client to
the SW server. I'm following the documentation. I added the correct
repositories, but when I ran the yum command to install the client packages, I
get an error that this server is not registered to Red Hat Subscription
Management. Do I have to register client machines with RH in order to install
the client packages?
Thank you
Daryl
