I've experienced the same issue on some of my clients. I had to re-register those clients, then thing were all good. I'm not necessarily saying that the same will work for you, but you might want to try re-registering one client to see what happens.

Made a change to the Spacewalk SSL cert? Does "serverURL" in /etc/sysconfig/rhn/up2date match the Common Name in the certificate you created for your Spacewalk environment?
