Spacewalk assumes that it's the sole running application & takes over the 
webserver configuration.  A good friend of mine had to rebuild both their 
Spacewalk service as well as a number of internal web services when someone 
decided to be helpful & combined them on a single host.  I've gotten away with 
extra directories in the Apache htdoc & cgi-bin directories, but none of those 
required any changes to the Apache configuration itself.

I'm not certain, but I would not trust SW to play nice with Apache config and 
respect your other settings. I think you should run SW on it's own host.
