Hola, Does the Spacewalk server also need to register itself as a Spacewalk client, or does it happen by default?
I don't think we added it explicitly as a client, it just appeared. I'm using the spacewalk interface to install software, but it's now been waiting to install for over 12 hours without being actioned. When I try yum installing from the cli, I get this error: Loaded plugins: fastestmirror, rhnplugin There was an error communicating with RHN. Red Hat Satellite or RHN Classic support will be disabled. rhn-plugin: Error communicating with server. The message was: Broken response from the server. I presume this is why Spacewalk can't install anything - which log file do I look into? cheers L. ------ The most dangerous phrase in the language is, "We've always done it this way." - Grace Hopper
