and also, please, do this: 1) ls /usr/lib/python2.7/site-packages/rhn/ check connections.py exists there 2) run python console and then try import from connections: >>> from rhn.connections import idn_ascii_to_puny, idn_puny_to_unicode >>> do you see the same error?
