Thanks Avi. I don’t have edit permissions on the Wiki, but I would suggest adding the version lock information to the installation wiki page (https://fedorahosted.org/spacewalk/wiki/HowToInstall). That way (assuming the install instructions are followed), folks never run into the error which I did.
