I don’t have edit permissions on the Wiki, but I would suggest adding the 
version lock information to the installation wiki page 
(https://fedorahosted.org/spacewalk/wiki/HowToInstall).   That way (assuming 
the install instructions are followed), folks never run into the error which I 
did.

This is a known, documented issue with CentOS/RHEL7: 
https://fedorahosted.org/spacewalk/wiki/HowToUpgrade

Note the requirement to use versionlock to lock cglib on RHEL7 (which applies 
to CentOS and Oracle Linux too).
