You can either downgrade httpd, httpd-tools and mod_ssl (as you have done) or 
add "HttpProtocolOptions Unsafe” to the Apache configuration. Requires a fix to 
yum-rhn-plugin that doesn’t seem to have been released upstream yet, but is 
fixed in this commit:
