You can either remove all client packages
 yum remove rhn* osad spacewalk* yum-rhn-plugin
or just disable spacewalk services
 systemctl disable rhnsd
 systemctl disable rhnmd
 sed -i 's/enabled *= *1/enabled=0/' /etc/yum/pluginconf.d/rhnplugin.conf
