The versionlock on c3p0 and cglib should not be needed any longer once you upgrade to Spacewalk 2.7.  Please see the How-To-Upgrade doc here: https://github.com/spacewalkproject/spacewalk/wiki/HowToUpgrade for all the details on upgrading to Spacewalk 2.7.
