Hi Ananda, I think the problem is that your repository doesn't have the RHSM-CA certificate and the entitlement certificate and key attached to it. I just checked back with our RHEL 7 channel and it has the SSL CA certificate, the client certificate and the key attached to the repo. Put those in your repo for the channel and then try again. Maybe that'll fix it.
