Hello Mario, I had the same problem, but I realized that I caused the problem, but not allowing the schedule to complete as outlined in the last reply. Once I deleted the scheduled job and ran the “rhn-profile-sync” everything reported correctly. Also note that one of my patched was kernel related which required a server reboot

This is just a "rhnreg_ks --force --activationkey=<yourkey> --serverUrl=https://<SW-FQDN>/XMLRPC" Do this also if you really do NOT need to keep the "history" of this server. I would also remove "old" "osad" auth files and restart osad and rhnsd stop osad and rhnsd remove /etc/sysconfig/rhn/osad-auth.conf start osad and rhnsd again In case, everything is *really* up-to-date on your "client", then no packages should be available.
