For password resets and the like there is also [EMAIL PROTECTED] Just overall comments, not targetted at anything or anyone specific: The infrastructure team will only honor requests coming from a PMC (or when sure the PMC is aware). Also, since the infrastructure team is volunteering time, try and structure your requests to describe accurately what should be done, to save them time of figuring things out. Sander
