I've given you the permissions. The only reason most users don't have the permissions is the (slight) fear that a spammer could login and cause havoc in the database. So, if someone feels that it'd be useful if they had the permissions, send a message to this list and we'll (probably) give them to you. Ideally, we'd like to see more people helping out in bugzilla, helping narrow down bugs, closing bugs that are obviously invalid, marking bugs as duplicates, etc. -- Duncan Findlay
