NEW_DOMAIN_EXTENSIONS ... yeah, it actually just matches "new feature
is the extension" ("feature is the " is 15 chars which matches the RE).
MAILTO ... there are no explicit mailto's, but we treat all email addrs
as a mailto. The rule matches on '[EMAIL PROTECTED]'.
