There's no security issue here:
- SpamAssassin headers should not be on outgoing email.
- If you want to remove the headers, you can, but making it easy is not
something
we want to do for the reasons mentioned so far.
- Obscurity does not give any security anyway. SpamAssassin is very commonly
used, so it doesn't take a leap of imagination to guess you might be running
it.
