I'm just a user and admin for our site/hosting and reporting that we are having this problem. I was unaware that anyone else had reported it. I've put up with it personally for a very long time, but as the spam gets to levels beyond reality, more people are using methods to try and cut it down... and so now I'm getting more and more reports of people not getting their mail.
