I upgraded the DBI Module, and now see only the following errors:

        Not found: spamno = X-Spam-Status: No
# Failed test 3 in t/SATest.pm at line 490
        Not found: spamyes = X-Spam-Status: Yes
# Failed test 5 in t/SATest.pm at line 490 fail #2
Failed 2/46 test scripts, 95.65% okay. 4/370 subtests failed, 98.92% okay.
make: *** [test_dynamic] Error 29
