closing WONTFIX. I don't think anyone on the SA dev team is keen to include
support for SMTP callbacks in SA, given the (a) punishment effects against
joe-job victims, (b) number of sites that respond that all users are valid to
avoid dictionary attacks.
now that 3.0.0 has plugin support, this should be implemented as an external
plugin.
