BTW I fixed a bug (I think) last night that would have meant a lot
of misses on these rules. Due to the message object changes,
$self->get("Received") in PerMsgStatus was getting only 1 of the
rcvd headers, instead of all of them catted together as it should
have.
(At least I think I fixed it!! might be worth checking that again...
I never verified it was fixed.)
