I originally thought perhaps it's the latest DBD module, since some have
reported rolling back to a prior version fixed their SQL problem. Though, that
was on SQL Bayes and not SQL user-prefs. However, SQL user-prefs worked in
r61**, so I don't think DBD is the problem and I'm stilling using the same DBD
version from when I was running r61**.

SQL Bayes and SQL AWL are working, checked with -D, so I don't think it's a
mysql issue (such as not being able to connect to MySQL). Debug didn't dump
any errors for the user-prefs, just whats in the logs.

I thought I'd add that all email accounts, on my system, are virtual. All
email addresses get pulled from MySQL. Not sure if that has anything to do
with it or not.

Running:
SA 3.0.0-r6979
DBD-mysql 2.9003
DBI 1.40
Perl 5.8.3
