Actually, you want to add a state "disabled". "unavailable" is what you want
until autolearning is attempted (auto_learn_state = undef). before
autolearning
is attempted, learn() checks if it's enabled, and returns if it's not.
so technically, "unavailable" is the right description there -- it's
unavailable
because it's disabled. but I don't feel like arguing semantics, so I added in
a
"disabled" state.
