I have encountered this bug also. A client using SMTP AUTH over TLS sent an
email and triggered 4 rules - sending it over the top of my 6 allowed points.
They are on an ADSL line, and authenticate over the net with a real and
routeable IP as allocated by their ISP. I have removed any personal info from
this fragment - I can provide the full headers for you if needed.
